yesterday's ct dinner was quite fun, though the turnout wasnt that good. dont think many knew about it. oh well. so landiao. yonghui and i were the only girls. -.- hope to have a better one next time. and yes, by then, kk will be a confirmed student of hc. :D heard that the complaints choir sucked. good thing i ponned :DDD
i love being a loner :D seriously. after we all split up after dinner, walked with tong hang all the way back to city hall, and the both of us have absolutely zero sense of direction. good thing we didnt get lost. (though i went down the wrong escalator and nearly went on the wrong train, despite shopping quite often at that area.)
loner-ed all the way to orchard, where i shopped around on my own, waiting for yonghui to join me in my loner-ism and my mum/sister/brother to join us. saw some uber cool wallets at tough jeansmith! but they're seriously bulky. great haul overall.. my sister, mum and i got a dark grey denim MNG skirt, two topshop knickers, one white topshop tank top, a pair of topshop shorts, two topshop coin purses and four pairs of mondo pumps in all. i love my topshop purse. have been eyeing it for a long time, but just couldnt decide on the design :DD and it cost 12.90 for some lousy material thingy. but it's super duper pretty :DDDD stupid thing was that the topshop shopper bags were out of stock )): we were eligible for 2!! shopped till about 10++, (gosh, i was dead tired- had dance that morning) then my mum and sister had to eat their dinner. and we trooped around the entire taka/wisma looking for a still-open eatery :D i love shopping!

argh, why do other people's blog entries all sound so pensive and deep and seriously emo?! i really don't know how to blog like that! (bearing in mind that i love being a loner and shopping on my own, and emo-ing with dark eyeliner) it just feels so.. out-of-character :DD and i can never type without this smiley face --> ":D" and "ahahha." maybe im not cut out to blog emo-ly :D my blog posts are all too hyper! like the last post, "IPASSEDJAP!" hahaha. which reminds me. I PASSED JAP!! AHHHAAHHAHAHA!!!!
okay. i shall try to be less hyper when blogging. somehow, whenever i blog, my fingers just fly across the keyboard, randomly writing whatever's going through my mind. and that usually leaves me with a super duper scream-y and random post with disjointed sentences. oh yes, like how aly puts it. 'spewing'. :DD like a merlion. HAHAHA. okay, private joke.

was talking about st nicks slangs during ct dinner, and trying to teach some classmates how to use 'landiao'. :DD haha i still feel weird using/listening to words like 'mugging', 'imba', 'gg' etc. like, mugging does not even mean studying in the dictionary or anything. okay, i dont mean to sound like a hypocritical language purist, but i dont really like using the word. it makes me think of robbery with physical assault. like what i did to yumeng (to get un-glam polaroid shots back) :D can you imagine someone going, 'i need to mug math.' HOW on earth can anyone mug math?! HAHA okay now im seriously sounding horrid. because st nicks colloquailisms like 'landiao', 'a bit', 'keesiao', 'sian diao' and 'random' are not very far off.
OHOH i remember! :D HAHA the parmalat07 attempt at speak-good-english and hua-yu-cool movements!! this included speaking HUA YU for an entire day weekly, even during other lessons :DD and ms lim was so cute, teaching us bio terms in mandarin. and a blanket ban on words like 'landiao' and 'keesiao' for a day, weekly :DD haha tried to impose a fine system, but that would have made everyone, especially ahps, totally broke. :D then zhangy had to rain on our parade, going, 'ni men xiang sin wo,' (oh screw the mandarin) she said, (translation): believe me, you'll never succeed. it's not possible. haha that's our form teacher for you. really nice woman, but impossibly direct. she was right, but we still did strive to prove her wrong :DD but gave up eventually. ohh, the nostalgia. :DD
